arrived to no food available. A phone call just as I arrived in the car park. Why accepted my order if no food available. Complete unacceptable. Will not be using subway long Stratton again! I've been reassured I will get a refund

Arrived to find no one there, staff in the Coop said they thought all subway staff had gone home. Called later and no one answered. My order shows as collected despite them being closed when I arrived
