Saturday 11 January 2025I did not recieve my food i only received napkins I would like full compensation of £19.58. I am extremely outraged by this situation and would like a response and or compensation within the next 24 hours.

Many thanks for your review and I am sorry you have experienced an issue with your Subway West Ealing order. Every online order is photographed before being handed to the driver. This is so there are no discrepancies when customers receive their orders. After examining the evidence,I can confirm Subway West Ealing handed your order as complete to the driver.
Recently I have dealt with many complaints where delivery riders steal customers food and I went undercover myself and have video evidence of riders parking up and eating customers food.
Delivery partners are doing nothing to prevent this despite informing them many times. I suggest presenting your feedback to them from a consumer perspective.
I apologise on their behalf and look forward in serving you are Subway West Ealing again.
