Sunday 27 October 2024The app said the courier was waiting at the restaurant, but after an hour of waiting, past the estimated time, called and was shouted at and then hung up on. On the second call, the person answered, listened to me , then hung up again. Third call they didn't even answer. Food arrived completely cold. Nothing is ever fresh and nothing is ever properly cooked. Never again.

Thursday 19 September 2024Horrendous. First time doing a JustEat and a Subway order. Sat in, but premises were unclean and single member of staff present did not think to clean tables as he watched me try to find a clear one. Member let me collect order before official time but was not clear (he mumbled) and I ended up with a cold sub and a different drink to one I’d ordered. Lettuce was not fresh at all, too much of it. Store should have music, as without it I felt very uncomfortable being only sit down customer there
