Sunday 25 August 2024I want a full refund, did not receive my full order and when I phoned the shop the girl I spoke to told me if I was local to pick up, when told no I have paid for delivery she then hung up the phone after accusing me of shouting which I did not raise my voice. I've been trying to call the shop for 10 mins and they are not answering the phone. customer service is absolutely shocking!

Sunday 11 August 2024Ordered foot long received 6 inch. When I called store I was told my options were either request a refund or drive down to the shop and get my other half of a sandwich. Ordered cheesy bites which are promoted as “hot” food…. Freezing cold. terrible
