Thursday 02 January 2025Completely Wrong order received, shop unable to help in anyway as it’s via Just eat, Just eat need you to submit a request for refund, meanwhile two people have the wrong food, out of pocket and I have their contact details and they have mine as it’s on the receipt.

Monday 30 December 2024Order placed 12:08 and took 2 hours to arrive. When restaurant contacted after an hour the manager was unhelpful and basically told us to contact just eat, would have happily have collected the order if we had been aware of delivery issues

Hi Kirstie, unfortunately at this time of year, Just Eat drivers are extremely limited and it is out of the stores control. All the staff can do is prepare the order when a driver is arriving at the store. The courier service is supplied by Just Eat and staff don’t have control over the drivers so in this case, the manger offered the best advice which is to contact Just Eat directly who can then contact drivers on your behalf, or cancel your order for you.
