I ordered a Tuna sub. Order was accepted but then subway rang and said they had no tuna. As I don’t eat anything else from subway I was told to cancel my order. The system didn’t give that option, then subway rang again as the driver was there. I was asked to accept the drink and cookies and report the sandwich as missing from the order which I have done. Main gripe is that I have to pay for delivery of items that I wouldn’t have ordered on their own! Subway lady was polite and tried to help though.

Hot food was cold Substitutes given as items ordered not available but they’re different flavours that I don’t even like. Didn’t find out that they were substituted until after the driver had left. Would’ve preferred driver mention this so that I have the option to return things and get a refund

Delivery driver couldn’t speak English at all and didn’t understand they had gone to the wrong place to deliver also spoke to the restaurant and they couldn’t contact the driver due to being a different delivery service.
