This is the second time ive been done by just eat , theyve refused to refund my money as they say the driver tried sevral times to get in touch which is rubbish . Not one phone call from the driver or knock on the door . Food never arrived !!!

the restaurant gave the wrong order to the driver. the lady I spoke to was not very helpful i trying to resolve and was telling me i needed to call him to tell him to come back! I didnt have his number so when he arrived with the wrong order, annoyed at the restaurant he kindly went back to the restaurant and swapped them for me.
