Deducted a couple of stars as they didn't put the sauce I ordered on my salad. The delivery person however was lovely, really friendly.

So I ordered a subway meal costing over £16 and the delivery guy went to the destination on the delivery address but didn’t leave it at jury’s inn hotel Glasgow , I called the shop and the manager was so unhelpful and was shouting at me down the phone and all I wanted was the food redelivered. How do I go about getting my money back ?
