I ordered Hearty Italian bread with vegan cheese inside, but received cheesy garlic and herb bread. Normally if a restaurant is out of an ingredient they contact me to ask what replacement I would like. Not only did Subway fail to communicate this change, they saw the order had a dietary requirement of vegan cheese yet chose to send cheese topped bread. Its not a nice experience to have to pick the bread apart of your 'custom ordered sandwich' - which is the whole point of Subway.

Not happy just ordered food for my children as they both wanted subway decided to get them the meal deal for two at £25.00 and the create your own meal deal for one this came too £35.53 to then only receive the meal deal for one not happy
