Incorrect food order received - incorrect salad on sandwich and wrong sides delivered. Security seal on the paper bag had been torn on arrival and the drinks bottles in the same bag as the sandwiches had crushed the them in delivery. Delivery time kept changing but accepted this as it was New Years’ Day.
