    Ordered the food at 10:05am and it said delivery time would be 15-30 minutes. After 30 minutes it then said it would take over an hour and a half for delivery and if I cancelled I would be charged the full amount. When the food arrived it was cold. My sandwich was definitely made over an hour ago.

    Sorry about your Order we get a notification from just eat to cook your food once the driver has been assigned and is on the way to our store and don’t cook it till the driver is there.
