We are extremely sorry you feel this way, we have taken time to review the order from point of receiving to the point of collection and we can see everything has been done correctly. We have also checked the activities for the entire day and we do not see any issues with procedures or processes being executed. We have noted however, the order was not quickest collection or delivery but that unfortunately is not under the stores control as drivers do not work for the store.
