Friday 09 August 2024I live on the same road as subway yet your driver decided to go on a 40 minute joy ride around kings Norton delivering other peoples food even going past my house to deliver to someone else first. This is absolutely disgraceful and I demand however much he made from delivering to me to be transferred to my account. This is appalling standards and leaves paying customers waiting ridiculous time for a sandwich.
