    Subway packed wrong drink on one meal deal (ordered Oasis Citrus, delivered summer fruits), and missed out the drink on the other meal deal completely. And used a different bread to what was ordered. Poor from the restaurant. Delivery driver however, was good.

    Didn’t receive my order. Restaurant told me they don’t do delivery even though i placed a delivery order and it says very clearly delivery and gave me an expected time of the delivery. Then I was told I’d get a call back from a manager about a refund but the restaurant shut and I never got a call. Terrible customer service.

    I ordered a collection for 1:15 and I had the cheese dippers too so would expect them still warm on collection but they were stone cold so they obviously made it way before the collection time
