Saturday 23 November 2024I prefer the food at around 12 the time for delivery let changing so the original time they said was invalid so I’d like a refund as it took over a hour to prepare

Monday 23 September 2024The food was fine, once it arrived. I contacted Subway direct to ask where my delivery was and was told that they were waiting for a 3rd party to assign a driver to them. I’m assuming this was yourselves. So my anger and frustration is not with Subway but with Just Eat regarding the very poor delivery service. I would have thought that there ought to be some recompense for a delivery that was 1.5 hours later than I’d asked for.
