Wednesday 08 January 2025the food was cold when it arrived. i don't even think my sub was toasted. the hashbrowns were tepid and mushy. I'm disappointed.

Monday 30 December 2024They can never get the order right. There is atleast one thing missing all the time and if we leave a note to change something they just ignore it. Putting delivery time on the highest as they never delivered the whole order.

Hi Edina, I can see you wanted to change the sauce for the BBQ melt which unfortunately isn’t an option, hence not having the customisation options on a melt sub. Other than that, all items are sent as per the order.
In regards to delivery times, that’s a Just eat driver issue and not managed at store level unfortunately.

Monday 16 December 2024Subway used to be good. Now it's rubbish - two quid surcharge on the meal to get "criss cross fries" - and they were smashed up, undercooked, and literally a small handful. Just garbage.

Hi Patrick, I’m sorry you were disappointed with the up-charge for your side + drink and the quality.
The waffle fries are double cooked and so I can assure you they were not undercooked. Depending on the time it takes for the JE driver to get to you, will determine the quality in which you receive the fries.
