    Unfortunately the phone is answered via the retail outlet we are based in. If they are busy they need to prioritise the customer and sometimes that results in a missed call. So sorry you felt messed about

    I'd placed my order at 9.30am, and requested a delivery time of 12.30, we only have a half hour for lunch so I thought it'd be better than having to go out to get it. It arrived at 12.41pm
