My order was over 2 and half hours late, and I was given the lousy excuse that the "restaurant" was busy. They didn't even have the common decency to offer a partial refund. Not to mention the food was cold. Absolutely abysmal and the worst I have ever experienced.

If I could give 0 stars for delivery I would. I ordered at 12.20pm and food arrived at 2.40pm. Food was cold. I have asked for a refund and would appreciate this being resolved.
