App said the food was on its way. The driver spent 20+ mins in a train station the opposite direction from the restaurant to my house. I have a feeling that he was collecting the food from the subway there instead. If I wanted Subway from an inferior store I would have ordered it from there. No explanation was given from the store or just eat. Subs were half filled, wrong side was delivered but it was so poor quality that it was inedible anyway. Near £60 & an hour of my life wasted.

Complete frizzing cold food. Late over 20minutes. Ingredients which are not ordered in the sandwich which I am allergic to. I throw to the bin waste of money. Terrible service
