Waited 2.5 hours for 1 sub and fries and they never arrived. Wasted my afternoon and then charged me for food I never received. This is not the first time either. Rang the restaurant and they just said to ring Just Eat who don’t have a customer phone number (crazy!)

I live in a block of two sets of flats no sign posting so drivers struggle to find us. I am in a plaster cast but had to go downstairs to collect my food.

Order some items for my wife. No problems. My meal deal - only the main came - forgot drink, crisps, desert ect. In fairness Just Eat sorted the refund quickly and no hassle. But not the first time this store has got my order wrong.

The food was really nice and good quality, the delivery time kept delaying for about 5-10 minutes but it was okay.
