We were in the process of training a new starter and must have missed out the cookies from your order by mistake ( Gareth informed me it was cookies missing). Hi Luke I am very sorry about your experience with us and will pass on your feedback to my team. Unfortunately, when an item is missing from an order the only way to rectify it is to claim a refund through the delivery partner who will refund you and pass the cost on to us. We are unable to ask for another driver to come to the store as this is managed by the delivery partner and we don't have any of our own drivers in store. Kind regards Gary - Manager
