Hi Karen. I've reviewed your receipt and unfortunately you didn't order it toasted so the staff made it correctly. I'm sorry that this wasn't what you intended but it wasn't any fault of the staff. If unsure next time, you can also add any comments to the Restaurant Notes too just to make doubly sure. I hope this helps for future orders.

Hello Damini. Sorry you felt a but disappointed. We use a scoop for the Tikka to measure it out - so it's the same every time. Maybe next time, if you do want a little more, there is an option to add extra Meat when you place your order, to satisfy that extra craving :-)

I’ve checked the receipt that we keep in store and also the one on the Just Eat history file. In the ‘additional information’ section it states ‘no notes for this order’ Therefore the restaurant staff made the Sub as per standard with Cheese as they had no information to say it was to be made without cheese. Obviously we’re sorry that you didn’t get what you intended but it seems that your intended instruction wasn’t saved during the ordering process.
