Worst customer service. Staff have no idea what they are doing. Waited over 15 mins to collect. Food returned as it wasn’t cooked. Asked for refund told there was nothing they could do. Refused to give me any confirmation that items were returned. Avoid at all costs.

You may think the other reviews may just be one offs, but genuinely do not order from here, go to any other. They managed to get EVERY single item wrong, and also forget the crisps as well. There is mistaking a delivery every so often, but when you add up all the reviews it actually feels like they send out mystery subs like a Scooby Doo collab.

Received loads of jalapeños which was not on my order…. Picked them out but my salad still has a spicy taste!!! Not happy at all, I hate jalapeños!!!
