Wednesday 11 December 202415-30 minutes delivery time. Food finally arrived over an hour later. The food was nice, but I want it to be delivered on time, not so late I'm no longer hungry. Not sure I'll be ordering again.

I sincerely apologise delay. We aim to delivery in 15 minutes however sometimes delivery partner takes while to arrive. But most of the time we get delivery on time.

Saturday 16 November 2024My order was an hour late. I phoned Subway and was informed that the driver took the wrong order, but as it said “delivered” Just Eat would not send a new driver. Nobody had contacted me to tell me that my food was not being delivered. Nobody offered an explanation as to why I hadn’t been informed. Disappointed with the customer service. If I had been told that there was a problem, it could have been rectified much quicker.
