I order at 5:15pm it came at 6:20pm when it clearly said 20 minutes to deliver should be given a refund as my tosted sub was cold af

gave me jalapeno bites rather than garlic and herb. Food turned up bit cold as well, despite me living so close. Took +45 minutes from food being ordered, it does not take that long to make a sub..?
