This traditional method of food preparation has been handed down several generations to its contemporary form; our head chef is an expert in this traditional method. All tandoori dishes are cooked over charcoal in individual portions in a traditional oven made of clay. This requires the use of only natural ingredients and virtually little of no fat/oil is need. A discerning choice for the calorie conscious. Tandoori cooking allows the spices to retain their flavour in all the dishes.
