ordered several different meals, and none were enjoyable. The batter of the chicken balls was not properly cooked, the rice was dry and almost stale tasting. the chips came in plastic bags so had been sweating. Really disappointed as we've ordered from here quite often.

I rang up as order not arrived, they shouted at me when driver arrived they wanted £5 extra when I refused to pay the driver assaulted me. Police are involved.

DearJusteat,Pls remove this review as its doesn’t reflex the true situation of what happen. This customer is really the 1 that “ throw stones,hide his hand behind “ and a LYING HYPOCRITE. He put down WRONG address (10.1miles) and NONCONTACTABLE num. He AGREED to pay OVER THE PHONE and we instruct driver to go back to the new address. He BLAME IT ON Just Eat changing his address and shop didnt call him which is not true. Driver left as he refuse to pay and he attack and pinned driver to floor.

The quality of the food is very very poor. even though the food arrived within the time stipulated, most of the food was already cold. But its the quality I'm most annoyed and disappointed about. The Mixed veg chow mein lacks veg. The pork is dry and is like saw dust to chew. The duck is burnt and is just like dry hard charcoal. The beef is chewy. The chicken in the rice is dry like sawdust. The sauce has no flavour apart from sweet.I paid over£40. totally disappointing with no flavour!!!!
