Sundaes Gelato

This is an authentic hand made Afghani ice cream, which is one of the most popular desserts in Afghanistan. During the preparation process no automated machinery is used to make this ice cream, it is completely made by hand using traditional methods.

The recipe for this ice cream is Boiled/condensed milk, sugar and cardamom, topped with crumbled pistachios and with a drizzle of creamy milk or clothed cream malaei or qiamaq (Optional). (Please note this ice creams does not contain any eggs)
