quite honestly was disappointed. first it was late. then one item missing. and one item didnt match the description, and i feel the sashimi was literally just defrosted it was quite icy watery. expensive for a disappointing meal.

Missing items. Can’t get through to a person on the customer service. Half of my lunch is missing and now i need to wait a week for a refund? I just want to speak to someone at just eat to get the missing items delivered. Not a good service.

I'm a regular customer. Good portions, fresh and delicious but today the cut of the salmon of the Nigiri was just beautiful and melted like butter. They get 5 stars but I would give them 10!

I’ve ordered here several times and food is always excellent. Service normally great. However today was a huge disappointment - delivery driver got within 20 yards of my house with me standing in the doorway waiting, before doing a u turn and driving off. Didn’t get out car, didn’t check houses, just drove off. Then went several miles away and lost signal. System apparently shows as ‘delivered’’, which is clearly not the case. Just Eat have helpfully refunded us, as the restaurant won’t do new orders after around 2pm, therefore we’re left without our order completely. Not what we’ve come to expect from this service and we’ll struggle to use again on this basis.
