Ordered two waffles, the toppings were nice but the actual waffles were really floppy and just about cooked. I expected the waffle to have some texture, but it didn’t it was just very doughy. Wouldn’t order again unfortunately.

These arrived last night and was flat cold, my partner had ordered a biscoff waffle and was given a kinda bueno one with nuts all over it and his is allergic to nuts so that was no good for us and he couldn’t eat it. £25 is a lot of money to spend on desserts which don’t even come how I ordered them. Really disappointed! Any sort of compensation for this would help.

Was happy ordering here, ordered a good few time now, but after tonight I probably won’t order again, missing items which I then rang to be told oh can you come down and collect them at nearly 7pm, When I live no where near and paid for delivery for my food, for then to be told come down tomorrow why should I go out of my way for your mistake?
