Gajar ka halwa, is a carrot-based sweet dessert pudding made by placing grated carrots in a pot containing a specific amount of water, milk and sugar, cardamom and then cooked. This is served with vanila ice cream please note the ice cream will arrive in a seprate container as the halwa is hot.

We use only the freshest lemon juice in our lemonades, giving a great balance of sweetness and lemony zing. They taste just like you have picked the lemons from the tree and squeezed them yourself. As with all our drinks, we put nothing artificial in our Original Lemonade.
