Balti Chef House Speciality Dishes Lamb of chicken is first marinated in our chefs secret combination of freshly prepared herbs & spices. Then cooked in a balti (a special dish for cooking) with the basic ingredients of fresh tomatoes, onions, capsicum, chillies, coriander, garlic, ginger, cumin, fennel seeds and cream to give it that fresh and spicy subtle taste.
