Order said ready collect at 21:10- waited 55 minutes in store as told it “wasn’t on their screen”. Staff were rude and dismissive, clearly the restaurant was understaffed for a Friday night. The food was stone cold, missing items and what was in the bag was wrong. A shame as we have never had a problem here.
