dry cold, did not send any sauces as requested. food wasted because staff couldn't be bothered to cook properly or read instructions. disgraceful and worst part just eat do nothing and restraint pass complaint to them

Charged incorrect delivery fee by Just Eat app. They have refused to do anything, as have Taco Bell. Both saying it is the others responsibility. It is unfortunate that the only way to show this, is by scoring low here.

No chips and one crunch wrap supreme missing. Paid £30 for two crunchwraps and 3 tacos. Rubbish want a refund.

Food was cold. When the food was done and ready to be delivered, the driver was still miles away from the Taco Bell. He had to then get to the Taco Bell, pick up food and then get to my house. Usually in my experience the driver is already at the restaurant ready to collect your food as soon as it’s prepared. No wonder the chips were freezing. Volcano burrito never has as much sauce on it from this restaurant as when you get one from the rockingham restaurant at Birdwell. Very average
