I ordered food at 18:50, kept moving the del time until I had a del time of 21:30, I tried numerous times to cancel but the app didn't allow this. The food came at 23:00 with missing items and was cold - terrible service. If you can't honour a service within the alloyed timeframe then kindly decline and The customer then has a chance to go elsewhere. This was a luxury I didn't have. Abysmal service!!!!!!!
