Order was missing a lot of items

Hi Angela, thank you for your feedback, we did not receive any phone calls and or messages from just eat to state otherwise. I know if I ordered I would have called if I was missing a lot of items. It seems strange that as you stated a lot of items missing a lot of items. Could you please call us at the store so that we may understand what was missing and how we can resolve this for you. Food was very poor. The korma and masala had very little taste or flavour. Rice and veg lacked flavour too. Would not order from here again

Hi Nilay, thank you for your feedback. If you were that unsatisfied you should have called us and we would have happily rectified this for you. We have sold loads of kormas and masala’s tonight and have not had any issues. These are very sweet dishes if you read the descriptions. Not sure if you would like them to be more sweet which we can do if you request it by adding notes. Please call us next and we will get this rectified for you.

Delivery was earlier than expected. food was Luke warm at best, quality wasn't great.. the pathia wasn't spicy, the Naan was burnt and the other Naan was the wrong one to what I ordered..

Hi Clare. Thank you for your feedback we appreciate it. However, being New Year’s Eve, this is our most busiest day of the year. We try to accommodate to everyone’s requested time but sometimes it’s just not feasible to cater 15 orders requested at 7.30pm. Not sure why the food would be warm we will look into this for you. Please call us next and we will get this rectified for you.
