Hi Max, please accept our sincere apologies for delay in deliveries tonight. There was a glitch in our takeaway system. The system was printing random orders without any sequence and there were few orders didn't even get printed. In a busy Friday night it was very challenging for us to manually print and to ignore orders. We are learning everyday from our shortcomings. We can very well understand how frustrating it was for you to wait too long for the food, apologies!!! Hope you'll give us another chance to redeem ourselves.
