pizza was not even lukewarm when arriving, chasing sauce had a burnt taste,

As much as we try to deliver items as quickly as possible, we, along with other fast food outlets, CAN NOT guarantee that items will be delivered hot. All items are sent in a hot food bag and they do tend to drop in temperature, that is not within our control. If you found the Pizza wasn't as hot as you were expecting, then a simple phonecall would have resolved this issue and we would have sent a replacement.

ordered extra chilly sauce didn't get it

Many thanks for your order. The 7" munchy box that you had ordered comes with 1 tub of pakora sauce, as stated on the menu. Any additional sauces have to be paid for. If you wanted a tub of Chilli sauce instead of a tub of Pakora sauce, you could have easily added a note to request this. You also have the option to purchase additional sauces from the menu. This is the reason why an extra chilli sauce was not sent with your order. Hope this helps.

Pizza was cold

A simple phone call would have fixed this... all you had to do was phone us to advise the pizza wasn't as hot as you expected and we would have sent another one to you. We can't promise a piping hot pizza but can assure you all our pizzas are delivered to customers in a hot food bag so do expect the temperature to drop slightly.

sadly chicken pakora was inedible, stringy and tough practically no actual pakora batter on it , & and not a good portion size for the money , quite dissapointed by this as was looking forward to it , the pizza however was excellent tasted as good as it smelled , decent anount of topping , chips were ok , so 50/50 wether would use again ...shame

Perhaps you fancy trying a Chef’s Speciality for something a little bit different such as the Baigun Bahar cooked with minced lamb, blended with spices, nuts & herbs.
