Ordered at 12.13, with expected delivery at 12.39, didn’t show up till 13.46 so I missed the delivery and didn’t get to eat it.

The estimated time kept changing and it eventually arrived over 2 hours after ordering. The whole time the status said their driver was at the restaurant. We tried to call the restaurant but their phone message said they were closed. When the food arrived the delivery man said the restaurant told him our food had been sitting for a long time. It was stone cold. You’d think, with some common sense, they’d have re-cooked the food, knowing it’d be cold. Appalling service.

Pizzas were cold and transported side-on instead of flat and so was just a messy pile at one end of the box.
