Lovely food but the Egg was missing from the bacon and egg sarnie, did have a good laugh about it though

Very disappointed with full order. Chips were cold and dry. Barely cooked. Ham salad was so small and salad dry. Ordered 2 sandwiches and they came as 2 very small quarters of a small bun which was bite size. Toastie was soggy and cold. Very bad experience. Never order again

Our food leaves hot and is stored in bags to keep warm. Have you contacted the cafe about this? If you would like them hotter you are able to heat them up. We keep them as hot as we can to make sure they are still warm when delivered.
