Ordered food 90 minutes ago and still have not received food, and Just eat are no help at all as they say to contact restaurant but no phone number to contact them on. Absolutely pathetic

Extremely late so it was cold, restaurant said they had left 5 minutes ago even though they said that 45 minutes ago… the restaurant would not even offer money back for this awful service. No fault of the driver just lack of organisation and communication from the restaurant leaving us to get our food cold at 04:03am!!!!

While we understand the delay was frustrating, we work hard to deliver quality food, even during late hours. Given the time of night, this is a reasonable delivery timeframe. Normally the food is beautifully cooked but the chips were cold the chicken was cold and the burgers, hopefully next time everything will be lovely and hot. As the driver was late that’s probably why food was so cold.
