    The cold drinks were stored on top of my hot food that was in a plastic carrier bag . So the pizza box was wet from steam and two cold cans stored on top of it . Obviously cans no longer cold but wet .

    food ok, I get 20p bag charge, £3.99 delivery charge is a bit high.But a compulsory service charge!! another £2 39?? I was expecting the delivery guy to serve the food and wash up afterwards.so paid £6.58 on top of the food charge.

    I think I got the wrong pizza as it was spicy and I didn't order spicy as I don't like it.
