Tandoori is a barrel shaped open topped charcoal oven with clay walls. The special feature of the tandoori dishes is the flavour imparted to the cooked items because of the clay walls. The materials we use are the finest available & special spices are prepared on the premises just before they are used, thus retaining the maxim flavour
