I hope you enjoy this menu in which I have varied dishes by keeping traditional and favourite dishes from previous menus as well as introducing some new dishes and including my signature dishes which I would highly recommend.
Thawa Bridge is a name derived from the dish thawa which is a very hot metal dish used to grill cook food (more healthy) and is my speciality dish. I added Bridge after Thawa as the business is on Bridge Street. I hope you like the name and hope to provide you with the fines in quality food, service and hospitality in a congenial,warm and friendly atmosphere.
My seal of quality is that we source frresh produce of the highest quality and fresh ingredients (including chefs own recipe) to produce mouth watering unique tasting dishes full of flavour.
Sizzling hot dishes cooked with fresh chicken without being frozen at all to give it maximum flavour. It is garnished with fresh ingredients, also includes red onions, red chilli seeds, garlic and ginger. It is a semi dry dish and served with an additional chef's own recipe sauce.
