I have been unlucky with the collection time twice. The second time, I requested the collection time earlier than I wanted the food but gave myself and the pub extra time. However, it hadn't even been started so had to wait which in turn made me a tad late for my babysitting duties. This in turn had a knock on effect with the parents whose taxi had been ordered at a given time... and so it goes on. BUT let me tell you, the food (pizzas in my case) are to die for. They are the best artisan pizzas and I will continue to re-order again but maybe ring them 10 mins before collecting 'just; to make sure it's in the oven. No issues with eating inside.
