Recived someone elses food. Completely wrong order. Even the wrong order had missing items. Complete shambles. Just because your busy, does not mean its acceptable to make such a mess up when working with food orders.

Ordered ultimate burger but looks like it was replaced with a breakfast instead with extra black pudding and mushrooms which I don’t like. Tried calling the shop had no answer . If I’d of been informed I’d of said send a sausage sandwich or summat instead . Food was nice but disappointed I was looking forward to the burger. Appreciate the alternative if it was a case of no burgers left but all it would have taken was a call to sort. I will try again in the future. Merry Christmas
