Food was swimming in grease abd toast soggy. Very disappointed.

Hi,We are sorry to hear this about your order. We ensure that our breakfasts aren’t greasy/soggy as we wrap our breakfasts in foil to stop this occurring compared to if it was placed in polystyrene container directly. Upon looking into the order it left the shop after freshly being made however the driver took 45 minutes to deliver yours, which means they pick up & delivered other companies orders. These are Just Eat drivers which we pay 35% fees for so we apologise on behalf of Just Eat driver
