Friday 06 September 2024I am very disappointed with collection service. When we arrived at shop to collect order we had to wait another 15 minutes before order was ready to collect despite app notification saying ready to collect. When we opened boxes at home we were shocked to see size of the meal, it was very small despite large order. Overall service was very bad and we had to wait for so long and sizes of meal was much much smaller than we paid for. I want a refund for this order as it wasn’t what we paid for.

Hi Viga, we are very sorry to hear this from you. As you know, Friday is a very busy day for fish and chip shops. If you want to get freshly cooked fish on a day like this, you may have to wait a little longer than usual, and I can guarantee that you are the first one to complain about the portion size since we opened this shop.

Friday 06 September 2024ordered food at 6pm and was advised that this would be delivered at 7pm. This then changed to 7.15pm. At 7.30pm I contacted the restaurant and was then advised that it would be here by 7:50pm. It eventually arrived at 7:55pm 2 hours after ordering!!!!
