We gave all this to driver. So I will be contacting just eat as drivers are there drivers we use. On our side everything was given, sauce was given in bag

The driver parked outside my house and sit for 2 mins 30 secs on the phone I went out and chapped his window

Have ordered from here a few times and the food delivery is always quick and piping hot with excellent produce. Disappointed today although totally appreciate the weather/snow gave problems with estimated delivery times. Regular updates were appreciated although final delivery was 2hours after first estimate. Main complaint is that the food was freezing. I understand it’s snowing but is the food not kept in the car in insulated bags… looked like the food was just lifted straight out the car boot
