Hot drinks spilled in the bag packaging for transport need looking at (I know probably down to the delivery driver but made such a mess to sort out) (would not normally order hot drinks for delivery but were free item with order maybe a free hash brown instead would elevate this happening)

Thank you so much for your feedback sorry took me a while to respond I’m so sorry the drinks spilt u are right it is obviously the drivers However I don’t Agree with the drinks being put into a bag but they would have insisted on this. I will look into doing something different for free in the future thank you again for your feedback I do appreciate 👍👍👍

Food was cold and as it was put in a polistirean box it melted the bottom while it was delivered and went to pick it up and went all over my side also was delivered in plastic Asda and Iceland bags not happy with the quality as was cold when delivered

So sorry about this I have new staff on who only started this week not that this is an excuse for the food being cold. but I am very sorry As for the boxes this is the boxes we have to use now for hot food which I agree aren’t the best will see what i can do go forward thank you for your feed back 👍👍
